My experience at the Delta Airlines Dallas-Fort Worth Office was generally good. The office itself is highly convenient, located close to the terminals, so it is not difficult to reach if you need help prior to your flight. I needed to go to the office to fix a problem with my flight reservation, and I was impressed by how professionally the staff managed the issue. The representative who helped me was polite, informed, and promptly went to work fixing the problem. Most notable to me was the professionalism and patience of the staff. Despite the fact that the office was slightly hectic, the staff did not hurry through the process and ensured that I was completely aware of all the options open to me. They worked efficiently, too, meaning that I didn't have to wait around excessively. The only drawback was that the office itself could be a bit bigger. It was slightly claustrophobic during peak time, and there weren't enough chairs as I would have wanted while waiting. But otherwise, the service overcompensated for that. I also liked how clean and well-kept the office was. I would certainly go back to theDelta Airlines Dallas-Fort Worth Office if I require help again. Their customer service was great, and I felt that my issue had been resolved effectively.
