Hello, My brief trip to the Qatar Airways Rome Office was better than I had hoped. I required assistance with a baggage claim from my last trip, and I figured I'd receive the typical brush-off. However, the man behind the counter took the time to file a proper report, checked the baggage tracker twice, and even provided follow-up options. He really wanted to assist. The Rome office is extremely professional and welcoming, and each person I dealt with was beaming with pride for what they do. It's a reminder for me why I've selected Qatar Airways so many times over the years—they always arrive with industry-leading service, both on the ground and in the air. If you're traveling Qatar out of Italy, this office is an excellent local resource.
